In this online discussion Dr Amy Hale talks with Kate Southworth\, Greg Humphries and Julian Vayne  about art\, creativity and occultism.\n\nSaturday 4th November 2023 – Gallery open from 2 – 6pm. Launch event at 4pm. @ Crypt Gallery\, St Ives. Exhibition Private View and Publication Launch of “The Order of The Sun and Moon – Occult Art In The 21st Century”. Join us for magical readings by the artists\, discussion and general socialising.\n\nSunday 5th November 2023 10am – midday @ Crypt Gallery\, St Ives. ‘Ithel Colquhuon: Automatic Drawing\, Psychogeography and Spirit of Place’ Practice based workshop. Please bring a pencil\, rubber and sketchbook.\n\nSunday 5th November 2023. 4pm – 6pm @ Crypt Gallery\, St Ives. ‘Future Ancestors Ceremony’ – Join us in the gallery for a ritual event to help the manifestation of our utopian futures using breathwork\, trance and other magical techniques.\n\nTuesday 7th November 2023. 7 – 9pm. ‘Art\, the Academy and The Occult’. Online discussion about occult art\, its history\, its contemporary practice\, and its growing acceptance within the academic world today. What are the implications\, trends and even dangers?  The session is chaired by Julian Vayne and the participants are Kate Southworth\,  Emma Sharples\, Neil Scott and Greg Humphries.  The topic is timely\, relevant and brings up issues that have huge impact on the cultural world across the board.
