DESCRIPTION:Dangerous Friendships is a dynamic group exhibition bringing together four distinct and divergent artistic voices living in Cornwall. \nIn her work\, Jaki Marshall explores the tension between public identity and private self\, revealing the contradictions that shape how we present ourselves to the world. Her practice probes the fragile boundary between what is performed and what is concealed. \nJen Donkin Gourley creates bright\, colourful and playful functional ceramics that balance joy with utility. Her pieces celebrate form and surface\, transforming everyday objects into vibrant expressions of personality and craft. \nEntirely immersed in the possibilities of the medium\, Graham Pullen is engrossed in screen printing techniques. His work investigates process and repetition\, pushing the boundaries of print through a sustained and rigorous engagement with material and method. \nWorking across painting\, printmaking and collage\, Susi Gutiérrez explores themes of travel\, memory and storytelling. Through experimental approaches and layered compositions\, her practice evokes personal and collective journeys\, weaving narrative through image and texture. \nTogether\, these four artists form a compelling dialogue — one that reflects difference\, connection and the creative tensions that emerge when divergent practices share space.
